Recipes - Quick Creamy Corn and Vegetable Lunch
Ingredients

300 g/1
can creamed corn
-
200 g/7 oz/1 small can
diced mixed vegetables, drained

50 g/2 oz Cheddar cheese,
grated
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp dried
mixed herbs
-
Freshly
ground
black pepper
-
A little milk
-
225 g/8 oz/1 cup
farfalle
-
A little crisp,
crumbled bacon
Method:

Empty the com into a
saucepan. Stir in the vegetables, cheese, herbs and
a good
grinding of pepper.

Heat through, stirring all the time until
piping hot. Thin
slightly with a
little milk if liked.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according
to the
packet
directions,
drain. Add to the corn mixture, toss well and serve
with the bacon.
