Tagliatelle with Walnuts and Broccoli
Ingredients

225 g/8 oz green
tagliatelle (verdi)
-
175 g/6 oz broccoli, cut into tiny
florets
-
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup
mayonnaise
-
120 ml/4 fl oz//1/2 cup fromage frais
-
25 g/1
oz/1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
-
5 ml/1 tsp Dijon
mustard
-
Salt and freshly
ground black pepper
Method:
-
Cook the tagliatelle in plenty
of
boiling
salted water for to minutes or until just
tender.
-
Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes
of cooking time. Drain and
return to the pan.

Mix the mayonnaise
with the
fromage frais, walnuts and mustard.
Add to the pan with a little salt and lots of
black pepper.
-
Toss lightly over a gentle heat
and serve straight away.
