Ingredients    

  • 4 avocados, sliced

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup chili sauce

  • 24 slices white toast Lettuce

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced

  • 8 slices cooked turkey

  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp

  • Salt and pepper

  • Pimiento-stuffed olives

Makes 8 sandwiches


Method:

  1. Blend mayonnaise and chili sauce; spread on toast.

  2. Assemble 8 double-decker sandwiches with avocado and remaining ingredients.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Quarter sandwiches; secure with cocktail picks and garnish with olives.
