Soups and Sandwiches Recipes - Potage Senegalese

Ingredients    

  • 1 10 3/4-oz. can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 soup can water

  • 1/2 cup light cream

  • 1/4 cup applesauce

  • 2 Tbs. shredded coconut

  • 1 tsp. curry powder

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • 1 avocado, sliced

Makes about 3 1/2 cups


Method:

  1. In saucepan, combine all ingredients except avocado.

  2. Heat; stir occasionally. Top each serving with avocado.

For chilled soup: Prepare recipe as above; chill 6 hours. Serve in chilled bowls.
