- Springs Salad Sandwich
Ingredients

8-oz. package cream
cheese, softened
-
1/4 cup dairy sour
cream
-
1/4 cup chopped celery
-
1/4 cup grated carrot
-
2 Tbs. chopped
radishes
-
2 Tbs. minced
scallions
-
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins
Worcestershire Sauce
-
8 slices
pumpernickel bread
Makes 4 sandwiches
Method:
-
In a small bowl thoroughly combine cream cheese, sour
cream, celery, carrot, radishes, scallions and Lea &
Perrins.
-
Spread a heaping 1/3 cup on each of 4 slices of
bread.
-
Top with remaining bread and cut in half.
