cherry tomatoes

containers pickled, green peppercorns

1 cup vodka

4 tablespoons
herb

salt

1 tablespoon
white pepper from the mill

Makes 4 jars
Method:
-
Prick the cherry
tomatoes all over with toothpick. Remove the
peppercorns from the brine and crush with the back
of the knife. Reserve the brine.

Pour the vodka into a
dish, add the brine and pepper. Put the cherry
tomatoes in it next to each other. Cover with cling
film and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Put the herb salt and
white pepper in a bowl, mix well and serve as a dip
for the cherry tomatoes.

Cut the lemon into eight
pieces and garnish the herb salt with them. Drain
the cherry tomatoes before serving.
Note:
This
will add
a Russian note to your dinner party. It is a perfect
way of refreshing the palate between courses.
