Bloody Mary

Ingredients
12 ice cubes
600 ml/1
pint (2~ cups)
tomato
juice
80 ml/3
fl oz (% cup)
vodka
4 tablespoons lime
juice paprika
salt
white pepper
Tabasco
Serves 4
Method:

Stir the vodka and lime juice into the tomato juice;
season with
ground paprika, salt, pepper and a dash of tabasco.

Pour the Bloody Mary
over the ice cubes and garnish each glass with a
slice of lime. Serve immediately.
Note: A Bloody Mary is a vodka cocktail with
highly-seasoned tomato juice. It is a delicious long
drink when served ice-cold, and it is also an
excellent aperitif, served just before the meal.
