Shrimps with Radicchio and Tomatoes

Method:

Quarter the tomatoes,
remove the seeds and chop up. Cut the radicchio into
fine strips.

Heat the oil
in a large pan and briefly fry the shrimps all over.

Add the radicchio and tomatoes, stir and cover. Cook
over a low flame for about 8 minutes, stirring now
and again.

Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice
and serve.
Note:
A
tasty shrimp
recipe, cooked
with tomatoes and radicchio which make a mouth-watering
sauce. It is delicious eaten with unsalted Italian
bread.
