Banana and
Yogurt Chile Dip
Ingredients

1/2 cup/125 ml heavy/double
cream
-
2 ripe bananas
-
generous 3/4 cup/200 ml
thick plain yogurt
-
salt to taste
-
1/2 small red Chile pepper,
seeded and finely sliced
-
1 mall green Chile pepper,
seeded and finely sliced
Method:
-
Beat the
cream with an electric mixer a thigh speed until
thick.
-
Mash the
bananas in a medium serving bowl. carefully stir
in the yogurt and cream.

Season with
salt and the finely chopped Chile peppers,
reserving a little to garnish, and stir well.

Chill in the
refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Garnish with
the reserved Chile pepper.

Serve with
tortilla chips, potato crisps, pappadams or
toast.
